1 General Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Where bonus abuse is identified, ck999 bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account in question.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spins are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual promotional terms. Any bonus funds or free spin winnings not used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using ck999 bet, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.

Where a violation is identified, the platform may take any combination of the following actions: issue a formal warning, suspend the account pending investigation, permanently close the account, void relevant winnings, retain any balance under an active investigation hold, or refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ck999 bet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed back to your registered payment method. Bonus balances and any associated winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Closure by ck999 bet

ck999 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

7.3 Self-Exclusion
